​What is the IPLSA Section 125 Plan?

​The IPLSA Section 125 Plan is a supplemental health insurance option available exclusively to IPLSA members through our partnership with LLH LLC. This plan is intended to complement existing health coverage by providing access to additional benefits such as virtual doctor visits, lab testing, prescriptions, mental health support, and hospital insurance.
​Who Is Eligible?
This benefit is available to all employers.
​How Can It Benefit Employers?
A Section 125 plan allows employees to pay eligible premiums with pre-tax dollars. That means:
