This section provides legal authority for the Department of Aeronautics to enter upon property to perform surveys and examinations relating to the state airport plan and other aeronautic issues. This entry shall occur at reasonable times and the department may pay reasonable compensation for any damage. |

These sections provide legal authority to the county board to establish county airports including acquiring land, borrowing money, using eminent domain, construct facilities, lease property, enter into contracts to vacate roads and highways within the airport area. |

These sections provide legal authority to the county airport commission to acquire airport property and easements, fix rental rates for airport property, exercise jurisdictional over roadways and airport approaches, appoint a county superintendent of airports, regulate aircraft flight and operation, exercise the power of eminent domain with the approval of the department and county board, and enter upon property at reasonable times to make surveys and investigations relating to airport matters. |
