The Foundation is an Illinois not-for-profit 501c3 corporation and all donations are tax deductible as a charitable expense.   

What does the Foundation provide funding for?

• Student scholarships.
• Support IPLSA’s outreach efforts, including career fairs, school events, scouting events, NSPS Student events, and other events that promote the profession of land surveying. 
  
• Enabled an Illinois land surveyor to attend the Boy Scouts of American National Jamboree to teach the skills necessary to earn the land surveying merit badge.    
• Preparation and printing materials for career fairs and similar events to promote land surveying to future students, their instructors and the general public. 

You can help by:

• Making a minimum donation of $25 to the Foundation. 
• Consider taking an active volunteer role in the Foundation. 
• Asking your employer to make annual donations to the Foundation.  
• Asking your equipment suppliers to make an annual donation to the Foundation. ​
