These sections establish the requirements for supervisor assessments or county assessor to prepare county tax maps, establish a property index number system, obtain maps and plats necessary for assessments, obtain surveys of property if the owner does not, reassess private property after platting and make up a list of property to be assessed for townships and other taxing bodies.
