These sections are from the “Illinois Highway Code.” Generally, these sections set forth the legal authority and responsibilities for the operation and maintenance of state highways, eminent domain, relocation expenses, surveys, plans, access permits, highway specifications, entry on lands, acquisition of property and rights of way, county highways, establishment of cornerstones, acquisition and maintenance of ferries and bridges, powers of municipalities, and issuance of revenue bonds.

These sections are from the “Toll Highway Act.” These sections provide the legal authority for the Illinois state toll highway to exercise certain powers and authority, including preparing plans, acquiring real estate, rights of way, pass ordinances, resolutions and regulations, enter upon property to make surveys and construct and maintain toll booths an collections.
